Director of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly connected sales leader with extensive network in the payor, provider, labs and patient engagement , RCM sectors. As the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities. Your role will focus on:

  • Expanding OptraHEALTH's market presence.
  • Selling AI-powered healthcare solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Cultivating strategic relationships across health systems, insurance payors, digital health platforms, and life sciences companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your network to generate leads and close deals.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage C-suite executives and decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with OptraHEALTH’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal global teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Required Experience

  • Proven success in selling AI-driven solutions (healthcare industry experience is a MUST).
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in healthcare and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Expertise in engaging C-level executives and closing large-scale, high-value deals.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Established connections with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors in healthcare.
  • Ability to identify, open, and close opportunities in the U.S. healthcare market.
  • Experience selling to health systems, payors, and digital health platforms.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and value-based care.
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a results-driven mindset.
